2007/12/23 - Revised the Hardcopy page to reflect the addition of a new PDF file listing all bellfounders (active or defunct) who have contributed to the carillons and other tower bell instruments listed on this Website, or in the supporting database but not yet posted here.
2007/12/22 - Removed part of the index of miscellaneous foundries to form a new index of unknown foundries. Added or expanded historical notes for the foundry index pages of van Aerschodt, van Bergen, Bergholtz, Eijsbouts, Hemony, Mabilon, Michiels, Paccard, Petit & Edelbrock Rincker and Sergeys.
Added one entry to the list of great bells of Europe.

2007/12/08 - Revised the Hardcopy page to provide the long-awaited print-to-order service, and to reflect the addition of a downloadable PDF document which lists just the traditional carillons of North America.
Revised the world summary of instruments to reflect that recent additions have completed the posting of known sites in Europe (except for chimes in Italy, most of which are actually Veronese rings).

2007/11/29 - Revised the page of African sites that are no more to reflect newly-reported information about the origin of the probably-defunct chime in Khartoum; revised affected indexes accordingly.

following a database change which enables this firm to be directly identified
in the Technical Data section of a page rather than by referencing the Remarks section.
There were no substantive changes in these 39 pages, though the need for some was found,
and they will follow soon.
The database change prompted revision of the order in which foundries are listed in
the various regional foundry indexes, but no substantive changes to these indexes.

2007/09/17 - Revised the list of North American great bells to report the newly discovered correct pitches for the bourdon of Notre Dame, Montreal and the middle bell of the Cathedral of the Transfiguration, Markham.

Revised the Emporis Advice page; since the GCNA Webmaster is now also an Emporis Editor, all known errors of reference to bellfoundries by Emporis have been corrected, and numerous references have been added.

2007/04/27 - Revised 94 site data pages (list IX070420.HTM removed to archive in 2012); revised affected indexes accordingly. Most changes were prompted by the need to provide new locator map links for all non-traditional carillons in North America. But since some of these pages had not been revised for more than five years, and some of the corresponding database entries had not been updated for more than 15 years, numerous other changes were incorporated along with the new map links.
2007/04/19 - Revised 75 site data pages (list IX070404.HTM removed to archive in 2012); no indexes were affected. Of that number, 62 pages received new links for photos from Emporis Buildings. Of those 62, 34 also received new locator map links; 10 other pages for sites in the same cities also received new locator map links.
