2004/03/17 - Revised the milestones in North American traditional carillon history to reflect the recent confirmation that the "Hemony" bells (at least) in the carillon of Alfred University are forgeries.
Revised 122 site data pages for carillons (traditional and non-traditional) to reflect changes in the GCNA roster (including lapsed memberships), provide 9-digit zip codes, and incorporate new information; added one new page. For a few of these (list IX040209c.HTM removed to archive in 2007), affected indexes were revised accordingly; for the remainder (list IX040209n.HTM removed to archive in 2007), no indexes were affected. As usual, all Weblinks were verified (causing some broken ones to be removed); numerous new links were added, and additional information gained from them was incorporated into the revised pages.
The chime formerly listed in West Chester, PA, is no more; affected indexes were revised accordingly.
