These bells are reported in a German Wikipedia article about the Mariahilferkirche in the same town.
The German Wikipedia article about the town mentions three MariensŠulen but not this one, which was found by exploring Google StreetView for Lendplatz.  A StreetView contributed image shows a gilded statue of Mary & child atop a stone column, flanked by stone statues; but there is no sign of bells in the photo, so it must predate this installation.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Perner bellfoundry, in this region and in the world.
