News article (23 Dec 1887) about the chime; note that the illustrations are generic, not specific to St.Luke's; the illustrated chimestand is designed for 11 bells.

Records of the Seth Thomas Clock Company show that a model 17 tower clock was ordered by Edward L. Baker on 2 Nov 1887, to strike Westminster quarters on four bells, and display the time on four dials.
