*Player: Jef Denyn visited annually to play a recital and reprogram the drum. *Remarks: Tower was designed for the carillon, and completed in 1876. First 33 bells were cast in 1872 by Severin van Aerschodt, Louvain, the gift of Rev.H.Keith Barnes, rector; delivered in 1887 but not installed. Last two bells, the gift of rector Rev.R.P.Stickland, were cast in 1899 by Felix van Aerschodt, who then installed the whole carillon. Three octaves, including keyboard D# but not C# or F#; 8 basses hung for change-ringing. Destroyed by fire in September, 1940; scrap metal recast into a ring of 8 by Mears, 1953. *Technical data: Carillon-sized instrument or collection, no longer in existence (defunct), of 35 bells
