The Swedish Wikipedia article about the city has a night photo of the top of the tower, in which some of the bells are clearly visible.
A section about the bells includes a photo from directly below.  The transmission wires for the drop-hammers, which travel from the weight-driven operating mechanism through two of the corner posts of the open belfry, are clearly visible.
