   fully chromatic.  Swinging bells
   ("Victory Peal") are F,Bb,C,D.
   Bass D# cast to Paccard profile.

   Pitch of heaviest bell is C  in the middle octave
   Transposition is nil (concert pitch)
   Keyboard range:     C C   /    C C 23
   There is one missing bass semitone
   There is an identical practice console
   The instrument was enlarged in 2014
     with bells made by Meeks,Watson
   Prior history:
     In 1987, the instrument was begun with 47 bells
       by Paccard     
       There were two missing bass semitones
   Auxiliary mechanisms: I23QS4

     Height of lowest level of bells:   34 meters above ground
