   Bells were bought by Grace Church (Episc.)
   when it owned this site (built 1894-6 
   as a mission chapel and hospital, 
   separate from its principal location),
   and were sold with the building to 
   the Catholic Diocese of NY in 1943.

The church Website opens with a drawing of the bell tower and building facade.  The downloadable parish history (PDF) states that "The Church carillon which had been silent since the departure of the Grace congregation, was reactivated in 1989."  A long paragraph on the second page summarizes the history of Grace Chapel.
