   Previous chime destroyed by fire.

     Previously, a complete instrument of 22 bells was installed
       with bells made by an unknown maker

The Dutch Wikipedia article about the city has a photo of the tower in the gallery at the bottom of the page, but it is not identified; the bells are visible in the open octagonal belfry.

A Dutch Website about the history of Harlingen has an inventory and history of single bells in the city (under Anders > Klokken), which includes the J.Noteman bell; but it does not mention the 1975 bells or the older chime.
