   (1842-1920), a former rector.
   Original keyboard and electro-pneumatic
   action, built by Ernest Skinner but
   defunct since 1950s, remain in tower,
   accessible by vertical iron ladder.

The church Website has photos of the tower in several places, but does not mention these bells anywhere..  Formerly, two Music pages mentioned the "historic chime of bells" in this, the only remaining pre-Civil War church in downtown Washington.
