The Czech Wikipedia article about the tower mentions only three bells; it pictures one as well as the tower.  The associated Wikimedia Commons category has many photos of and in the tower, including one which indicates that the automatic carillon can be played for a fee, with random selection from a list of 300 melodies.  The "interior" subcategory has photos of a disused tower clock plus the three bells, but nothing about the "carillon".

The German Wikipedia article about the tower is quite short, but does state that the glockenspiel has 10 bells, and is only audible inside the tower.

A descriptive article has 2 exterior & 2 interior photos.

Restaurant Zvonicde is located in the upper part of the tower.

Since multiple makers are known, this chime is not indexed by maker.
