   Original two-octave practice keyboard
   no longer exists.  The enlargement of
   1985 was done by Tim Hurd and Olympic
   Engineering, assisted by Norman Bliss.
   Meeks, Watson & Co. later rehabilitated
   sealed bearings in transmission.
