The Parish Website has a History page; the building was completed in 1986, dedicated in 1987, and the title of Basilica was awarded in 2000.  But these bells are not mentioned.
The Mission Website includes a photo of the four old Spanish bells from the old church, now hung in a "bell wall."  A small photo of the new church, which was designed after the long-fallen Stone Church of the original mission, can be found on the Contact Us page, and there is another old photo of a single bell standing in a courtyard.
