The Website of the Association Campanaire Wallonne (ACW) is a primary source of information about the carillons in Wallonia - the section of Belgium which is mainly French.
The Website of the Vlaamse Beiaardvereniging (VBV) is a primary source of information about the carillons in Flanders - the section of Belgium which is mainly Flemish (similar to Dutch).
Both of these Websites may have information about the carillons in the capitol region of Brussels, which is not a part of either Flanders or Wallonia.
