*Remarks: Bells invoiced out of Whitechapel in 1908, but apparently dated 1909; originally hung for ringing. After removal from St.Michael (now demolished) they were bought for Trinity, which hung them as a chime at its former location. When Trinity moved to its present location, the bells and tower were brought along but not reinstalled; in early 2005, the bells were sold to Verdin and the tower was sold separately to another church nearby. *Technical data: Chime-sized instrument or collection, no longer in existence (defunct), of 8 bells Pitch of heaviest bell is F in the middle octave Keyboard range: ---- / ---- Transposition is unknown There are no added semitones The whole instrument was installed in 1984 with bells made by Whitechapel Auxiliary mechanisms: nS3 Tower details not available Year of latest technical information source is 2005*Links:
