The church Website has a small photo of the tower in the upper border of most pages.  The History page mentions that the tower was built to house the bells; thus it is newer than the body of the church, which dates from 1761.

The Philly Ringers have an illustrated page about these historic bells.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Whitechapel bellfoundry, in this region and in the world.
