The church Website opens with a large photo of the building, but unfortunately the interesting bell tower is not in view, and the bells are not mentioned anywhere.  In Google StreetView, as the bells are quite visible in the octagonal belfry. 

A local newspaper article from 1928 has a photo of the bells on the ground before installation.
