The church Website has no depiction of the building, and the directions are vague in spite of being apparently comprehensive.  The address given on the Contact page seems to be the address of the nursery school, which appears to be two blocks away from the church building, and it has no Zipcode.

A Vimeo page which presents videos about church activities has a photo of the tower.

The New York City chapter of the American Guild of Organists has a page about the organs of this church.  The specifications for the 1940 and 1960 organs include Tower Chimes on the (Chancel) Great division, with notes identified.  Since the 1940 work was an Estey rebuild of the Estey organ which had been installed in 1916, it seems reasonable to assume that the tower chime was played the same way originally.  This page also includes a clickable photo of the building, including the bell tower between the nave and the entrance porch.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of its maker.
