The Dutch Wikipedia article about the building has a photo of the tower but does not mention any bells. 
NOTE: Google Maps labels it Protestantse Kerk Gemeente Woensdrecht, which appears to be wrong, since PKGW is elsewhere in the city.  The building, which is Roman Catholic, was erected in 1897.
