The home page of the church has a photo of the building and its belltower, but the bells are not mentioned.

A news article, republished from The Vicksburg Post of Sat.9 Nov.2013, indicates that the original ten bells of St.Paul Catholic Church, Vicksburg, MS, are not there any more, but gives no explanation of what the ten bells that are there now might be.  It reports that the bells had been dedicated some time in early March 1888, with great ceremony; each bore the McShane name, and 9 of them bore inscriptions with dedications from the parishioners who donated money to have them installed.  Possibly it is the apparent absence of those inscriptions that led to the conclusions that the original bells are not there.
