A Coxhall Gardens page by the Hamilton County parks and recreation office has a photo of one of the belltowers.

In the master plan for the Gardens, the towers aren't labelled, but can be found by their shadows, standing in the small circles between the reflecting pools and the entrance roads from the east and west sides.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Paccard bellfoundry, in this region and in the world.
