The French Wikipedia article about the church has a photo of it, showing the bell wall atop the facade.  Six bells hung for swinging are in individual openings, all with external electric action, but only the three largest are actually motor-swung.  The three smallest bells are hung dead on a frame atop the north end of the bell wall.  Oddly, the article only mentions three of the nine.
