The Website of the carillon (entirely in French) is quite comprehensive, with plenty of photos of the installation and its surroundings.  It is not clear when the large swinging bell from the first chime, which reportedly survived the recasting of the other bells in 1939, was removed, but it now hangs silent beside the carillon.

Video of inaugural concert (42:23). When motion begins (after initial stills), the surviving original bass bell can be seen in the right side of the bell frame, with disconnected clapper.

Waymarking page (in French), with 6 photos in the gallery, including 2 of the unusual structure which contains the bells.
