The French Wikipedia article about the town mentions the building with its "carillon", but does not describe either.  There is a large photo of the building, in which the bells can be seen on a trio of poles at the right end of the parapet on the center block.

The ARPAC Website presents much more detail than we can here, though it is all in French.  It has a photo of the building, but the bells are not visible.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of unknown bellfoundries, in this region and in the world.
