The German Wikipedia article about the building has a section about these bells, and photos of the building.

The Website of the church has a narrow photo of some bells that may appear on the home page.  Other pages mention or describe the the tower and the porcelain bells.  The original autoplay mechanism, now disused, remains in the tower, which also holds four cast steel bells from 1929.  Bronze hour and quarter-hour bells hang in the octagonal lantern.  The tower is open to visitors for a view over the town.

Where this work lies in the sequence of output of the Meissen porcelain factory, in this region and in the world.
