   added semitones probably flat 7th
   & sharp 4th.  Last rung in 1929-30;
   later removed to storage; purchased
   in 1998 by Verdin, who dispersed the
   bells individually, possibly after
   tuning them.

   Chime-sized instrument or collection, no longer in existence (defunct), of 11 bells
   Pitch of heaviest bell is D  in the middle octave
   Keyboard range:     D E   /    ----  
   Transposition is nil (concert pitch)
   There are two added semitones
   The whole instrument was installed in 1871
     with bells made by Jones
