The University Website has a campus map which locates the Bell Tower.  On the related popup window, the photo can be opened separately (by some Web browsers) to obtain a larger image, but the most of the text is outside the frame and thus unreadable.  A little detective work has made it separately accessible here. The campus map identifies as "State Hwy.355" what is shown as state highway 19 on other maps.
