The Dutch Wikipedia article about the building has a photo of it, which shows two church bells in a cupola at the roofpeak but not the chime on a pole beyond the right edge of the photo.  The text mentions the acquisition of the "carillon" in 1975.  The bells are visible (though out of focus) in Google Streetview.
